We automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, and time spent on features, to improve platform performance and personalize the learning experience.

AI Mentor Data

Interactions with the PlayIQ AI guidance system — including hints requested, challenge responses, and mission feedback — are logged to improve adaptive learning algorithms and provide personalized progress insights for parents.

PlayIQ is committed to the protection of young learners. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data Collection Boundaries

We only collect information necessary to support the educational experience: account login details, lesson progress coordinates, retrieval worksheet responses, and custom AI coach configurations. We do not collect child images, biometric identifiers, voice records, location tracking, or third-party behavioral ads.

Verifiable Parental Consent

For users under 13, verifiable parental consent is required before registration. Parents must establish their account link first to authorize a child profile. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental authorization, we will purge it immediately.

Parental Rights & Deletion Protocol

Parents have the ongoing right to:
